It seems Pyconfigure might not use Debbugs for bug reports, so I've just
attached the patch to this email. I've also explicitly CC'd Brandon
Invergo, since I'm not sure if the email lists are being actively
watched (they are very low traffic). Sorry if this causes duplicate
emails or bug reports to be created!
