Will need more information on the exact error or problem you're having;
what kind of file is formname.fmb (binary?); what system are you running
RCS on; what version of RCS are you running; what version of diff
utilities are you running?  Has RCS worked in the past---and is now
broken, or are you having trouble getting it to work?
