   I did clone q-ns branch, and t810 fails sporadically.
   Sometimes it pass, sometimes it fails.

   t810 test failed:

   $ cat out
   t810.d/x,v  -->  t810.d/x
   revision 4.21 (locked)
   t810.d/x,v  <--  t810.d/x
   new revision: 4.22; previous revision: 4.21
   PROBLEM: t810.d/x newer than t810.d/x,v

   $ stat x*


I have since incorporated the ns support into RCS; it should
appear in the upcoming 5.10.0 release.  In the meantime, could
you please check it out from savannah and see how it fares on
your system?  If there are still problems, we will surely want
to address them before the release.
