     Why do you think it is good to keep the "Conversion Utilities" separated

     Instead of having:

     * Recutils Expressions:
     * Recutils Reference:
     * Conversion Utilities:

     I would have something like:

     Reference Material
     * Expressions:
     * The Utilities:

     With all the utils as sections of "The Utilities". What do you think?

Converting some foreign format to recutils or vici-versa is, to me, an
exercise completely disjoint from manipulating recfiles themselves.

Somebody refering to the manual to find out how to convert from a recfile
to something else probably has no further interest in using recutils.
Somebody wanting to know how to import from something into a recfile,
is either already familiar with recutils at least to some extent,
or will want to learn only at a later date, once they've done the import.

In general, importing/exporting is a task the user will do once then forget
about.. Whereas retreiving and manipulating recfiles themselves is something
the reader will want to practice, and refer back to the manual after they've
mastered the basics. In fact, I am somewhat of the opinion the Conversion
chapter should be an Appendix.
