Details:

i had occasion to read through the recutils manual recently (i read the pdf,
as downloaded from the web pages). overall, it's very nice, well above
average.  but i found a number of places where English, Texinfo, etc., usage
was problematic.  attached is a large-ish patch.

i intentionally tried to keep changes only to things that were clearly needed,
but i can't say i'm 100% positive that i 100% succeeded in that.  as always,
feel free to reject changes you don't like or discuss further.

more items (that i didn't change) coming separately.
