Details:

I'm not sure how to go about adding tests or documentation (other than CLI
argument output to `--help`), but can add those if desired.  I've tested the
changes and they work for my needs (an address-book of contacts with optional
JOINs to the corresponding household).

 The first patch adds the functionality, the second patch modifies the output
of `--help` with the corresponding arguments.  I split them since modifying
the `--help` output seemed to cause build/.po issues.
