Ok.  I don't have time to have a look right now, I'll do it tonight or
tomorrow.  I finally have Internet at home now, however, so I'll slowly
trickle in my latest changes, trying to keep things working.  I'll not
check in your changes until you get a confirmation about the
copyright-reassignment forms, so lastlog and chage won't be updated (I
did the argp-changes on lastlog myself, since that code is not in the
CVS yet), and neither will sysutils.
