OK, implementing the SCHILY.dino POSIX.1-2001 tag was only less than 300 lines 
of code....

There is a new test version of star:


that adds the SCHILY.dino inode array in dump mode.

If you create incremental dumps with this version of star, you only need to wait
for the first incremental restore implementation. By introducing SCHILY.dino,
all needed information to detect rename(2) even without a st_ctime change is 
inside the tar archive. No additional information is needed.
