[Bug-tar] colon in archive name

Hallo,

if there's a colon in a file name, tar throws an unrecoverable error. For
example

bash-2.05b$ tar -cvf "in:tus.tar" adir
tar: in\:tus.tar: Cannot open: Input/output error
tar: Error is not recoverable: exiting now

I am using GNU tar 1.13.25 on Gentoo Linux 1.4 x86 (Gentoo only applies a
15-line patch - this shouldn't cause the problem. Should I post the patch?)
