[Bug-tar] tar bug found in Windows XP

Hi,

Just check how come the option --execlude=pattern doesn't work in Windows
environment? it worked in

The version of GNU tar  I downloaded is 1.13.1371.39532
tar -cvf 20040427.tar --remove-files  *_20040427*.csv --exclude
='test_20040427*'
