Hi all,
I think there's a (minor) bug in tar versions 1.15 and 1.15.1 when used with
the option  `--exclude'.

A command such as:
LANG=C tar cf - -C .. autospec-0.4.12 --exclude=autospec-0.4.12.tar.bz2 |\
   bzip2 -9 -c > autospec-0.4.12.tar.bz2

always gives this warning:
tar: --exclude=autospec-0.4.12.tar.bz2: Cannot stat: No such file or directory
tar: Error exit delayed from previous errors

Despite ot this message, the archive is created correctly.

tar version: tar (GNU tar) 1.15.1
O.S.: Linux 2.4.28preempt

Note: The same command with tar 1.14 was executed with no errors.
