Back then, argp-namefrob.h was automatically updated from the latest
version of the file of the same name in glibc. We no longer do that,
since the sources have diverged.
Shouldn't the glibc and gnulib sources be the same? Similarly for
argp-fmtstream.h, argp-help.c, argp-parse.c, argp-pvh.c, argp.h.
