Hello,
I suggest that, for the creation of an archive, it could be possible to
set a uniform date for all the members, instead of the mtime()
associated with each of the source files. That way, a distribution can
be made more 'anonymous'. The options `--owner=USER', `--group=GROUP'
and `--mode=PERMISSIONS' already give this 'setting' capability for
the other attributes of the files.
