Evironmet: Unix-family OS
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create archive next command in Unix-family OS: tar cf archive.tar <Any Folder>/
Actual result: if the <Any Folder> does not exist then created empty archive. And then showing error message: the folder does not exist.
Expected result: at first, showing error message and then message about that archive was not created.
Source of the expectations:
I believe that such behavior is wrong and not logical.
Reproduction: stable.
Notes: I hope that the problem will be understood.
