[Bug-tar] [patch] some small wording fixes in texinfo doc

Hello,

Seeking for the -o option in the info manual, my eye fell on
"To create archive..."  That's missing an "an".  Reading a bit
more, I saw some other mistakes and unclarities.  Attached
patch fixes those.

The one that I found confusing was: "tar computes both checksums
and accepts any" -- as if it would accept anything at all!  That
would be clearer as "and accepts either one", in my opinion.
