Description: building tar on fully patched Gnu/Linux (CentOS6),
one test failed (102: filename normalization FAILED (incr08.at:41)).
Steps to reproduce (repeatable):
git clone git://git.savannah.gnu.org/tar.git
cd tar
./bootstrap
make
make check
What I expected: some tests skipped, all others passed.
What I got: 1 test failed.
Why this is wrong: all tests passed or skipped on a Fedora23 build host.
As requested, I've attached: tests/testsuite.log
