I do indeed! Thanks very much for catching that.
It turns out actually I have a macro in teseq.texi that I used
everywhere to refer to "Ecma 35 / ISO/IEC 2200", so literally every
place I refer to it in the manual, i have the number wrong! Whoops...
I've pushed the relevent change to teseq.texi, but I haven't yet
updated the website, as there are other changes (added features and
the like) to the current development manual that shouldn't go up there
yet. Fortunately, I'm expecting to roll a new release of Teseq within
the next month, at which point I'll also update the online version of
the manual.
I appreciate you taking the time to file the report!
