At some point we were ready to do it, me and Derek (we thought it was
already a GNU project). But there are other authors that would be much
harder to reach. Other authors seem to be Lionel Cons, Karl Berry ;-),
Olaf Bachmann, Adrian Aichner, Karl Heinz Marbaise and maybe (but don't 
know if they really hold some copyright on the current code since I 
rewrote a big part of the code) Eric Sunshine, Peter Moulder, Eric
Marsden, Ville Skytta, Richard Y. Kim.

I think that Adrian Aichner, Karl Heinz Marbaise, Ville Skytta are not
hard to reach but for others, I don't know. If I recall well Lionel Cons
already sent his assignement.
