AFAIU, that can only be done in the printed output.  In Info output,
makeinfo cannot know the size of the font that will be used by Emacs,
since this is subject to customization of the Emacs users on their
end-user systems, and could well be different between users.

My suggestion would be to start a discussion on emacs-devel@gnu.org,
where you will find people who can adapt the Emacs Info reader to this
new functionality, and can also give you feedback for any concrete
proposals for extending the Info format in support of this.
