[Bug-vcdimager] floating point exception in vcdinfo_get_area

Hello

If vcdinfo_get_area is called with the parameters max_x or max_y as 0, a
floating point exception will occur because of a division by both max_x
and max_y. Xine (xine-ui) does this when the mouse moves in or enters
the video playback window, causing an annoying crash. Xine should
probably be fixed, but the function should be made more resilient toward
improper calls as well.
