Right; currently the only authentication method that wget supports for
proxies is HTTP Basic, which is less than ideal. Digest would probably
be a higher priority than NTLM, and in particular it is difficult for
primary developers (i.e., me) to test NTLM proxy authentication, so
we'll probably be somewhat dependent on someone else writing that
support (I can't remember: was Christopher Lewis writing something like
this?).
