I think regular caps on "HTML" are intentional.  Small caps look nice if
you don't overuse them.  This is obviously a matter of taste, but I
wanted to point it out.

"Which see" is no typo, it suggests to the user to also look at the
documentation of "--random-wait" command-line option.
