It's available at <http://hg.addictivecode.org/wget/mainline/>. To
access it as a repository, you need Mercurial, but you can also just
download a tarball via the links at the top (the development sources
have extra build requirements that the released sources don't have, such
as autoconf, automake, flex and bison).
