No, we didn't put it in. I believe that I have code that will work with
every version of NTLM for which I've been able to find documentation.
However, I don't have real systems to test all those various versions.
Because I couldn't test it against real systems, Micah wasn't willing to
integrate it with wget.

If anyone has access to servers that implement various flavors of NTLM that
we could test against, that would be really helpful to getting that code
integrated into wget.
