Right. His point was that "domain.com" was listed as alternative name.
This seems more a problem with the SSL lib (openssl / libgnutls).
Given that you leaked the actual domain there, I checked it, and
wget 1.13.4 linked against openssl 1.0.0.f-1 accepted the certificate fine.
