wget can't understand the folder listing given by Win CE.

We would need to view the .listing file.

That's odd (unless the ftp server is really not providing any listing, 
which could be what is confusing wget).

What's the output of

 wget.exe --debug --dont-remove-listing "ftp://10.0.0.12/Temp/";

?
