Hi Marcell,
I have no idea about Powershell.
You could always install cygwin on your local Windows machine.
It comes with a Linux environment working on your local file system. Also with
thousands of installable packages, e.g. latest Wget.
That is really pretty cool, you can just execute all those fancy *nix scripts.
You just open a cygwin console windows instead of a MS-Dos console and feel
like a god !
I use it on Win7 for compiling and testing software.
