Broken OpenSSL + Wget on Linux Mint

Hello,

As described by `wget` itself, I attach here a screenshot concerning 
Linux Mint's implementation of Wget and OpenSSL.
I don't know if this is neither a known bug already, nor how to manage 
it. It would be nice if it worked tho.
