 wget --version
GNU Wget 1.20.3 built on linux-gnu.

Looks like this issue has returned

Unexpected "Redirecting output to 'wget-log'."

$ timeout 10s wget --tries=1 --timeout=5 -O pr.txt http://www.google.de >>
pr.log 2>&1


oddly my file pr.log contains

Redirecting output to ‘wget-log.1’.


The wget-log.1 contains all the regular wget output about redirects and
downloaded bytes etc
