Bug in Wget

Здравствуйте, Bug-wget.

I found bug in wget.
Real Bug.
I'm not fool.
I wrote here one time already.
I write now here two time.
Excuse me for my English.
I hope what you understand me.
I use old version wget-1.11.4.
Maybe this error was already correct.
I notice what sometimes happens download errors.
Wget can't sometimes correct get continue a partially-downloaded file incorrect 
(option -c) 
Because of this bug aproximately 10% my downloaded wget big files were 
incorrect.

I had two version this error.
In one case several bites were incorrect.
In other case was offset and file had other size.

This happens when wget was closes reboot of computer. Suddenly.
When computer starting it run wget.
Errors don't happen always.
Sometimes.

I use wget on my work computer.
Some employees can reboot it.
Reboot's Button .

Because of it if I don't have checksum I must download files two time.
And compare its.

It was several years ago.
OS: Windows XP SP3 NTFS
Wget 1.11.4.
Command Line: wget.exe -c -N --limit-rate=500K -i get.txt -P ".\123" -d -a 
log.txt 
I added specially option -d for you.
get.txt has list of links.
Log file attached to letter.
It has this error.
I downloaded in this case file linuxconsole1.0.2007-lowmem.iso
http://ftp.cc.uoc.gr/mirrors/linux/linuxconsole/linuxconsole1.0.2007-lowmem.iso
Log file has also result comand fc.exe
I compared it normal and spoiled file.
