[Bug-XBoard] cant use win board

Hi,

 

Please help me.

 

I have installed WinBoard for windows. I can't activate the rpogram, as when I try to log onto a chess server, I get a message

 

" Timeseal: A connection attempt failed because the connected party did not properly respond after a period of time, or established connection failed because connected host has failed to respond."

 

I have tried re-installing, but the problem persists.

 

Can you please assist?
