The upcoming CentOS 7.6.1810 release will produce official ISOs using
this new version. In addition, the new version will be provided in
their "Extras" repo (enabled by default), so people can produce custom
media freely. I've CC'd Fabian Arrotin (who is working on making this
media) to let him know about your interest to add it the ISOs to the
regression test suite.

Kevin Kofler (also CC'd to this email) uses livecd-tools for producing
Kannolo[1], and I expect that his next release of Kannolo will use the
new version, as it also incorporates fixes he contributed to support
ia32 and x64 UEFI boot. I don't know when he's planning to make his
next release, but I expect it'll be soon (likely based on Fedora 29)
and you can incorporate those into your regression test suite.
