Zebra 0.95a: does not properly parse option "-i"

Zebra 0.95a is not accepting the "-i" option for specifying a PID file. The 
attachment in a previous message was missing ":" for marking the parameter as 
required.

Also, the "-A" option is not fully documented in the manual page.
