Can we use URL syntax so that url aware terminals can recognise it and open the 
FAQ in
in user's default browser with just a click? (do we need to rename it at 
install time
with a .txt suffix to ensure it gets opened and not downloaded?)

Also it'd be good to find a way to make it more prominent, maybe all it needs is
an empty line above and below.
