The point is just that all tests that work on Emacs should be run on
Emacs: this means that each test not only checks that Zile is working,
but that it's working like Emacs. This applies to regression tests
just as for any other sort of test (I'm not changing anything here!).
Every test that does not run on
Emacs should have a comment explaining why.
