No mistake, bootstrap is still almost entirely as it was when I wrote it
2 years ago.  It just happens to do the right thing in the current regime
by virtue of automake being called after gnulib-tool.  And automake has
always supplied the missing script if it is needed - which I'm sure the
clever gnulib chaps were aware of when they stopped shipping another copy
of missing themselves :-)
