I would like it to be a framework, or in other words, the "brains" or
the "central command" for other tools, but instead of using cfengine
to edit config files for other independent tools I think some of the
functions of those tools could be implemented more tightly coupled
with cfengine, no, I am not saying to bloat cfengine with features,
but more like what somebody said, something similar to Apache and the
mod_XXX modules.
