 i was not aware that chicken-bug only created logfiles rather than mailing
 the relevant lists.  this has the unfortunate side effect that multiple
 bug reports in the same dir clobber each other, and for clueless people
 like me, none of them arrive.  if it would be useful/desirable to make
 chicken-bug automatically send the report as well, i would be happy to add
 this.
