Comment:

 I've added an additional attempt in {{{simplify-pagename}}}. It will first
 try  the filename, then the filename in lowercase and finally the filename
 in lowercase with spaces replaced by dashes and nonalphanumerics removed.
 I hope this captures the svnwiki algorithm (or at least the options that
 are in actual use on our wiki)
