 The compilation of {{{csc}}} (from http://chicken.wiki.br/dev-
 snapshots/2010/04/16/chicken-4.4.6.tar.gz) fails on cygwin.

 Attached is a patch against Makefile.cygwin from 4.4.6 to fix it.
