As noticed by Kooda, an element marked up with <enscript ...> right at the
start of a wiki page looks weird. A workaround is to add any other
element before <enscript ...>.
Exemple: if the page title is removed from https://wiki.call-cc.org
/Python-like%20generators (the workaround has been applied to this page --
a title has been added), the the visual width of the <enscript ...>
element is smaller than it should actually be.
