What exactly do you mean here? That each contribution or bug should be
its own paragraph instead of an item?

Ok, I figured out how to make a pdf, but without the \usepackage{hyperref}
stuff, in about 5 minutes so. After work today, if I have time, I'll
check the changes into the manual to produce the pdf hopefully with the
hyperref package.
