[Chicken-users] new snapshot and latest eggs

A new development tarball is available:

News: more error checking, hash-tables allow user-defined hash-functions.
"hash" is documented now, hash-table-values and hash-table-keys
functions. Pathnames may be prefixed by "$VARIABLE" and automatically
expand environment variables.
For those interested, an internal hook named `##sys#procedure->string'
has been added. Also some internal changes have been made to
simplify integrations of different macro systems into chicken (a prototype
of Andre van Tonder's new module and macro system is running,
with full support for compiled modules - but it still needs much more
work).

New eggs:

Several fixes have been applied to the url, http and bb eggs (thanks to
Peter Bex and Markus Huelsmann).
