You could put it in the editing help page.  There's currently no
officially supported way to do it; the wiki only supports generated html
from wiki pages.  This might change in the future when/if I add support
for other kinds of resources, like svnwiki did.  It isn't used much, so
I didn't put much priorite on it.

Thanks Peter - I have amended the editing help page to remove the part about relative URLs, and include the absolute URL.
