https://api.call-cc.org/5/doc might do what you want. Although not a single-page index, you can search for any identifier, and you can get a list (“contents") of all identifiers documented in an egg. This documentation is sourced from the wiki, just presented in a different format.

As others suggested, it is possible to run a copy of chickadee (web) or chicken-doc (backend) locally. But the web version is convenient and needs no setup.
