[cp-patches] More GdkGraphics2D fixes

This fixes even more stuff with the drawRaster() method.
It now seems to work for most stuff, although its obvious it'll need
some reworking in the future. I added a fixme for that.

(Two patches due to formatting. Apply the formatting patch first.)
