Next release criteria

Outstanding tasks before releasing Classpath 0.06.

* Integrate outstanding patches
* Scrub bugs listed on Savannah and fix as many as possible
* Get GTK2 peers to a similar level of functionality as the currently 
  available peers
* Split packaging in 'dist' target so that gjdoc output goes in a 
  separate .tar.gz file
* Update classpathx jaxp, potentially create a separate .zip for these
  classes as suggested on the classpathx list

Comments on this list, suggestions for additions or removals, etc,
welcome.

I think our release criteria should be:

* Works with Kissme, JRVM, and SableVM if possible.
* No major regressions from the previous release tested via Mauve.
