GNU Classpath 0.07 created

Hi all,

It is done. 0.07 has been tagged and created. Find it at:
http://www.klomp.org/mark/classpath/

As soon as we can get this up at ftp.gnu.org or alpha.gnu.org I will
make a real announcement.

gjdoc generated API documentation for this release can be found at:

Thanks everybody. The progress since 0.06 (just three months ago!) has
been enormous again (see the NEWS file and the 250+ ChangeLog entries).
And apologies to everyone that had outstanding patches that didn't make
it for this release. Rest assured that those patches will be used for
making the next 0.08 release (again in three months) even more perfect
then 0.07 already is!
