I would think that classpath should at least wait until it is the de facto 
implementation of Java to think about fixing these bugs.

The good news is that classpath still is GPL+ which means you can fix the 
bugs in your local copies (and do with it whatever you want) whereas in 
Suns version that certainly is never going to be possible.
