Changesets are lovely, but if we head down that path it's also worth
looking at distributed revision control (bzr, monotone, etc.) as well so
that it's trivial to maintain out of archive repositories.
Since I don't have CVS write access, I'm planning on converting my local
tree to bzr just to make things easier to work with.
